Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis.

To register your group, you need to:

Fill out the two forms listed below.

Total Cost per participant is $195, with an initial deposit of $75/registrant (which is transferable, but not refundable)

Please use the Church Registration Form and the Individual Registration Form to register your group.

Due to the construction nature of our Servant Event, youth must have finished 8th grade or be 14 years old by the time of the Servant Event to attend.

You may E-mail your form or fax it to (989) 673-5518. Churches that fax or e-mail their registration in will be given one week for their check and forms to arrive or their spot may be forfeited to another group.
