The first and second year confirmation classes study the six chief parts taken from Luther's Small Catechism and "normally" take place during the 7th and 8th grade school years. Pre-Confirmation is an additional year and covers basic Bible knowledge.
Because some students may have a good grasp of basic Bible knowledge through Sunday School, students will be given the option to "test out" of Pre-Confirmation by receiving at least 70% on a Basic Bible Knowledge Test given at church.
An orientation meeting for all students and their parents will be held on the 9th of September .
